Q: my mam had her cist drained and a hormone implant last week ever since she is vomiting, headache, aches in muscl
ever since her operation over a week ago she has constantly been sick she cant keep nothing down, she has been aching in her all muscles. My mam also has constant headachs
A: Hi hunni
Sounds to me like your mam needs you to call the Doctor out on a home visit. He’ll come out if you insist.
If you think she can’t wait that long, either take her to A&E or call 999 for an ambulance & tell them what’s going on.
Good Luck hunni. I hope your mam gets better soon. X
Q: Stomach ache, vomiting, & headache?!?
After I ate a slice of pizza from Pizza Hut, I seemed okay.. but then an hour or so passed and I got this horrible tummy ache. I didn’t need to go to the bathroom or anything, it just hurt really bad.. Then I began to vomit for a while, but the stomach pain was still there so I forced myself to take a nap.. The stomach ache is gone, but I have this bad headache.. Any suggestions to get rid of this? I need to do my homework, but I can’t because of the headache.
A: I’m sorry about your stomach ache and vomiting. It could be that the vomiting has left your body weak and dehydrated, you should slowly sip water to hydrate your body. Also, sometimes sipping Gatorade is helpful, it replaces nutrients your body lost from vomiting (so have someone get you some). You can also try Tylenol for the headache, it tends to be pretty gentle on the stomach. It should help.
Whenever my kids get a stomach issue, I always put them on the BRAT diet (heck I even use it myself). It is a super gentle diet that replaces the nutrients your body needs. IT consists of Bananas, Rice (no butter), Applesauce and Dry Wheat toast. I find adding chicken broth the following day is gentle and feels good going down. I add the rice to the chicken broth and it makes a nice soup. As the day progresses tomorrow you can start adding chicken pieces and Carrots to your rice and broth. Just remember do not use butter on anything until you have your strength back and your stomach is strong again.
I hope you get relief soon.
Q: Vomiting, headache, no appetite, stomach aches, other symptoms we should worry about?
So, earlier last week, my family started to get symptoms of some sort of illness. First it was my dad. His stomach constantly hurt, and he had bad diarrhea, now it’s a bit better.
Second, it was my mom and I. We both vomited in the same day, and while it’s natural for my mom to vomit when she’s sick, I never, ever rarely vomit. I had the worst headache and my stomach hurt a lot. When I got home I ended up having a high fever and slept the whole day, and took some medicine and felt much better when I woke up.
Over the course of three to four days, I still felt queasy, bad, and had some ache problems but now I feel much better.
My mom, on the other hand, had a fever (now she doesn’t) and she’s constantly feeling sick. She hasn’t been able to use the bathroom in three days, (not urine, the other thing). She hasn’t had an appetite and hasn’t eaten meat or anything like that in the past few days.
Is it a coincidence that all three family members became sick at around the same time
A: sounds like an intestinal virus, and people who live in close proximity will pass these around quite easily. Give it at least two weeks to be gone entirely. Eat yogurt three times a day to replenish what the virus will wipe out.
Q: recently i went to hospital and got internal stitches, two days later i am now vomiting have they come undone?
i went into surgery because of a hernia, the have now resolved it but i have been feeling pain in the region and feeling very ill with nausea, vomiting, headaches, and dizziness, can anyone please tell me what the symptoms are if the internal stitches have broken, i have done some movement bent down, and other things that wouldn’t have helped the situation, answers would be very much appreciated, thank you.
A: it sounds like it i would go back and see your doctor and have him or her check it out
Q: i started my period but after that i felt like vomiting and headache can i still be pregnant?
and i was also dizzy can that really result to pregnancy
A: sounds more like a menstural migraine to me, but good luck all the same…you never know til you test!
Q: Is it common to have nausea and vomiting with headaches?
I always become nauseated and end up vomiting whenever I have a headache.
This leads to me being unable to take any pain relievers for my head and I’ll often end up sick for hours and hours.
Is this normal?
In addition: This happens to me about once a month.
A: Quite a few people experience nausea and vomiting when they deal with Migraine headaches. There are things you can keep on hand to help when a bad headache pops up.
You can keep a supply of migraine treatment meds on hand. See a doctor to find out what works best for you. There is an injection you can use just as the headache starts that will often break the cycle and stop the worst of the pain. I keep an anti-nausea medicine in suppository form, in my refrigerator. In that form you don’t have to worry about tossing them back up.
Just keeping these things close stops most of my headaches before they incapacitate me.
Good luck.
Q: what can i do to control and get rid of nausea, vomiting, headaches, sore throat, and pain and sleep better?
A: go to the doctor
Q: after consuming feed with chili in it I become very sick, vomiting and headache what is the cause?
A: Feed? Like the kind of stuff you feed pigs and chickens?
Or did you spell food with two e’s for some unknown reason? If that’s what you meant.. how the heck are we supposed to know the answer to this? Did we consume, prepare, or witness the food/chili/feed? No.
Go see a doctor if you think you have food poisoning.
Q: seizure, headache, vomiting?
so I just found out that my mom was sent to the hospital and I dont have a car right now so i have to wait for my bf to get out of class and I’m really worried. She was complaining of a headache and then convulsing in her chair a minute later, a co-worker said she thought it looked like a seizure, and then she vomited when the paramedics got there. Does anyone have any idea what this could mean?
A: This sounds like a seizure. The hospital will do an EEG to see if it was for sure as the brain wave pattern of a seizure shows from 3 days before to 3 days after having it. Then they will do testing to find the cause. Since she complained of a headache right before this happened they’ll most likely do an MRI and/or a CT scan of her brain to see if there’s any problems there. Please try to stay calm as she’s in the best place right now and will need your calming support to help her through. If this was a seizure she’s liable to be tired and forgetful too, not remembering what happened. Her concentration could be effected too. I’m just giving you some of what you might see, not specifically as seizures effect everyone differently depending on the cause. So try to keep in mind what the doctors tell you when you get there and then follow their advice too. Good luck and God Bless
Q: Sore throat, headache, & vomiting?
Since last night, my throat has hurt terribly. I was allowed to go home for that and a headache. I was also feeling warm, but I didn’t have a fever.
My headache got worse and worse when I tried to rest. I developed nausea, and I’m not sure why. Maybe because of the headache?
I could barely hold it in before I vomited in the bathroom (we drove there, which made it worse). After doing that 3 times, I tried to rest but it was so hot that I got my hair wet to cool myself down. I didn’t vomit again, but I almost did.
Right now, I feel much better but it’s a little bit upsetting to walk.
What could explain this sickness?
A: Some sort of flu or strep. Go to urgicare tomorrow or call your Dr.’s office if they’re open Saturdays.
Q: Headache, vomiting, tiredness…?
Starting on Monday I started feeling bad. Im not sure if the headache came first or the nausea. That night at like 3 in the morning I woke up and had to go vomit/diarrhea. I did that two other times that night. By Tuesday I just felt tired, and had a headache and nausea that didnt seem to want to go away. It is now Friday. I feel somewhat better, but when I eat and stuff I have nausea again and my head still hurts off and on. Any ideas? o.o

Q: Vomiting and Headache?
This problem has been going on since a few years ago, and I’ve found it strange. Whenever I play video games for the PS2 I encounter Headaches and a feeling of vomiting after a few minutes of watching or playing a few games. Could this be motion sickness or somthing? I’ve noticed a few warnings before playing games. How can I also stop that feeling of a headache and vomiting? Thanks
A: yes…what your suffering from is motion sickness but is called simulation sickness. It happens when you play first person shooters which encompass physics into their game play.
Simulator sickness tends to occur when there is a argument in the brain between what you’re seeing and what your inner ear says is actually happening. One theory about motion sickness is that because the area postrema portion of the brain associates the visual and balance discrepancy with hallucination. When you see things that aren’t there it is often a sign of poison in the body which is why some people vomit after riding in the back seat of a car for too long.
What will remedy this sick feeling ? You can try sitting farther away from the screen so that it doesn’t fill the majority of your field of vision. Also, repetition often helps you get over it. After enough exposure to dizzying graphical motions, your brain learns that you don’t die from poison every time you play a first-person shooter, and eventuality you may be able to play your new Halo game comfortably.
Q: 4 day headache, vomiting, diarrhea ?
Heey; since sunday morning [2AM] i started this HORRIBLE headache that is still continuing. From then on , ive started to gag, throwup and have weird diarrhea.
i thought this would go on for 1 day and now, im on my fourth day.
i was wondering if this could all happen because Saturdaynight/ SUnday morning [midnight] i was in a jacuzzi and jumped into an ice cold pool and stayed there for 3 minutes. It felt like 10 million needles were injected onto every little centimeter of my body. Now, i seem to get scared when i touch water thats cold or room temperature
AND ALSO
i would say maybe it lasted this long because i slept on a reclining chair that night. But iddk.
I havent been to the doctor yet
I have just been taking Motrin, Tylenol and Pepto Bismal
Any body have this same problem ? WHat happened ? ANything to treat this ?
i would like to be better soon; i dont think id like going to school tomorrow and end up going to the bathroom every half hour “/
A: There a stomach flu going around, its very common around this time of year. That might be what you have, but you should still see a doctor.
Q: Why most of the drugs having side effect vomiting and nausea?
Most of the pharmaceutical drugs have side effect such as nausea, vomiting , diarrhea, headache.
Is the drug causing unwanted reaction which kind of mechanism behind this common side effect is there?
Can anyone tell me in simple language.
Thanks in advanced
A: This is a really good question!
I don’t really know the answer to this, though i think it is because our stomach, and intestines are very sensitive, and these medications that our bodies are not at all use to, probably goes into a little state of shock perhaps, or it just simply sets off the little nerves in our stomach that tell the brain that then feel sick. I’m really not that sure, but i do think it goes something alone the lines of that.
Q: My 8yr old has a rash w/fever, vomiting and headache?
A: Thank you for the question.
This is very concerning. How is your son/daughter’s mental status? Is he/she awake and alert? When did these symptoms start?
I’m not a pediatrician by training, but I’m concerned about viral or bacterial meningitis, which is a serious infection. I recommend taking your son/daughter to the ER tonight to get examined. A lumbar puncture, or “spinal tap”, can be done to diagnose meningitis. This type of infection should not be missed.
